اَلرَّجُلُ: يا دُكْتور، ذَهَبْتُ إلىَ الْبَحْرِ وَكَما تَرىَ اِلْكَبورْيا تُريدُ  أنْ تـَأْكـُلـَني!            The man - Doctor, I went to the beach and as you can see the crabs want to eat me. اَلدُّكْتور: تَمامْ ، تَمامْ ... The doctor - I see, ok... اَلرَّجُلُ: اِنْقِذْني يا دُكْتور! ما الْحَلُّ؟ The man - Save me! What is the solution? اَلدُّكْتور: أرىَ أنَّهُم عَلىَ كُلِّ جِسْمِكَ The doctor - I can see they are all over your body. اَلرَّجُلُ: نَعَمْ ، وهُمْ يُوجـِعوني جِداً The man - Yes, and they are hurting me a lot. اَلدُّكْتور: غالِباً هَذِهِ حالَةٌ نَفْسِيَّةٌ The doctor - This is probably a mental condition. اَلرَّجُلُ: يا دُكْتور، زَوْجَتي قالَتْ نَفْسَ الشّىْءِ كَذَلِكَ لَكِنْ هُم لا يُريدونَ أنْ يَتْرُكوني The man - Doctor, my wife said the same thing also but they are not (willing) to leave me alone. اَلدُّكْتور: اَلْمُشْكِلَةُ أنَّك تُفَكِّرُ فيهِم أكْثَرَ مِن اَللازِم لا تُباليِ بِهِم The doctor - The problem is that you are thinking about them a little too much. Take them out of your mind. اَلرَّجُلُ: لَيْسَ سَهْلاً... فِكْرُكَ؟ The man - It's not easy...you think so? اِلدُّكْتور: اَلْأحْوالُ النَّفْسِيّةُ غَريبَةٌ. خُذْ هَذا الْمَرْهَمُ وَسَوفَ يَجْعَلـُكَ تَشْعُرُ بِالتَّحَسُنِ The doctor - The state of the mind is a strange thing. Take this cream and it will make you feel better.

What is wrong with the man?... توجَدُ كَبورْيا عَلىَ كُلِّ جِسْمِهِ There are crabs on all of his body.   What does the man's wife think the problem is?... إنَّها حالَةٌ نَفٍسِيَّةٌ That it is a mental condition.   Is the man in pain?... نَعَم، هُوَ مُتَوَجِّعٌ Yes, he is in pain.   How does the doctor suggest to resolve the problem?... أنَّه يَنْسىَ وَلا يُفَكِّرُ...  That he forget and not think much of it.   What does the doctor give the man to ease his pain?   أعْطىَ لَهُ مَرْهَماً                                      He gives him cream.
