اِلرّاجِل: يا دُكْتور، أنا رُحْت اِلْبحْر وِزَيْ ما إنْت شايِف اِلْكَبورْيا عايْزين ياكْلوني
Ya doctoor, ana ruḥt il baḥr wi zay ma ŝaayif il caboria çayziin yakluuni! 
The man - Doctor, I went to the beach and as you can see the crabs want to eat me.

اِلدُّكْتور: تَمام، تَمام...
Tamaam, tamaam...

The doctor  - I see, ok...

اِلرّاجِل: اِلْحَقْني يا دُكْتور، إيه اِلحَلّ؟
Il
ḥa'ni ya doctor! Eh il ḥall?

The man - Save me! What is the solution?

اِلدُّكْتور: أنا شايِف إنْ هُمَّ عَليَ كُل جِسْمَك
Ana ŝaayif in humma çala kul gismak.

The doctor  - I can see they are all over your body.

اِلرّاجِل: أيْوَه وِبِيِوْجَعوني قَوي
Aywa wi biyiwgaçuuni awi.

The man - Yes, and they are hurting me a lot.

اِلدُّكْتور: غالِباً دي حالَة نَفْسِيَّة
ġaaliban di
ḥaala nafsiyya.

The doctor  - This is probably a mental condition.

اِلرّاجِل: يا دُكْتور، مِراتي قالِت كِدا كَمان لَكِن هُمَّ مِش راضْييِن يِسيبوني
Ya doctoor, miraati 'alit kida kamaan lakin humma miŝ raadyiin yisibuuni.
The man - Doctor, my wife said the same thing also but they are not (willing) to leave me alone.

اِلدُّكْتور: اِلْمُشْكِلَة إن إنْتَ بِتِفَكَّر فيهُم زِيادَة شْوَيّة .طَلّعْهُم مِن بالَك
Il muŝkilla in inta bitfakar fiihum ziyaada ŝwayya. ṭallaçhum min baalak.

The doctor  - The problem is that you are thinking about them a little too much. Take them out of your mind.

اِلرّاجِل: مِش سَهْل... تِفْتِكِر؟
Miŝ sa
ḥl...tiftikir?

The man - It's not easy...you think so?

اِلدُّكْتور: اِلْأحْوال اِلْنَفْسِيّة غَريبَة. خُد اِلْكْريمَة دي وِحَتِرَيَّحَك
Il a
ḥwaal il nafsiyya ġariiba. Xud il craama di wi hatrayyaḥak.

The doctor  - The state of the mind is a strange thing. Take this cream and it will make you feel better.

Fiih caboria çala kul gismu.
There are crabs on all of his body.

إنَّها حالَة نَفْسِيَّة
Innaha
ḥaala nafsiyya.
That it is a mental condition.

 

Is the man in pain?...
أيْوَه مَوْجوعْ
Aywa, mawguuç
Yes, he is in pain.

 

How does the doctor suggest to resolve the problem?...
إنُّه يِنْسَى وِما يِفَكَرْشْ 
Innu yinsa wi miyfakarŝ.
That he forget and not think much of it.

 

What does the doctor give the man to ease his pain?  
هُوَّ بِيِدي لُه كْريمَة
                                     
biyidiilu creema.
He gives him cream.
