Curly raagil çaguuz wi ṣaa
ḥib maḥal ṭandiif malaabis.

Curly is an old man and is an owner of a laundry store.

مَحَلُّه اِلْوَحيد اِللي بِيِنَضَّف اِلْملابِس في الْقَرْيَة دي
Ma
ḥallu il waḥiid illi biynadaf il malaabis fil qarya di.

His store is the only one that cleans cloths in this village.

كُرْلي اِتْعَلِّم إزّاي يِنَضَّف اِلْهُدوم مِن والْدُه الله يِرْحَمُه
Curly itçalim izzaay yinaḍḍaf il hudoom min waldu allah yir
ḥamu.

Curly learnt how to clean cloths from his father may he rest in peace.

كُل يوم وِهُوَّ صُغَيَّر كان يُقْعُد جَنْب أبوه وِيِتْفَرَّج عَليه وِهُوَّ بِيِشْتَغَل
Kol yom wi huwwa soġayyar kan yuçud gamb 'abu wi yitfarrag çaliih wi huwwa biyiŝtaġal.

Everyday when he was little he would sit next to his father and watch him while he works.

كُرْلي اِتْعَلِّم كِتير عَن سِرّْ تَنْضيف اِلْهُدوم
Curly itçallim kitiir çan sir tanḍiif il hudoom.

Curly learnt a lot about the secret of the cleaning of cloths.

اِلنَّهاردا اِلسُّكّان في الْقَرْيَة واثْقين في كُرْلي
Innaharda is sokkaan fil qarya was'iin fi Curly.

Today, the residents of the village trust Curly.

اِلسُّكّان عُمْرُهُم ما جَرَّبوا مَحَلّ تَنْضيف مَلابِس إلاّ بِتاع كُرْلي وِأبوه
Is sokaan çumruhum ma garabu maḥal ṭanḍiif malaabis illa bitaaç Curly wi 'abu.
The residents have never tried a laundry except for that belonging to Curly and his father.

كُل يوم كُرْلي مَشْغول مِن اِلسّاعة سِتَّة صَباحاً لِلسّاعة تَمانْيَة بِالْليل
Kol yom Curly maŝġuul min is saaça sitta ṣabaaḥan li is saaça tamanya billiil.
Everyday Curly is busy from six in the morning to eight in the evening.

كُرْلي عَنْدُه زَبايِن كِتير
Curly çandu zabaayin kitiir.

Curly has a lot of customers.

اِلزَّبايِن مَبْسوطين مِن كُرْلي عَشان عُمْرُه ما بِيْرَجَّع هُدوم بِبُقْعَة
Iz zabaayin mabsutiin min Curly çaŝaan çumru ma biyraggaç huduum bi bo'ça.
  
The customers are happy with Curly because he never returns cloths with spots.

لَوْ اِلْبُقْعَة ما طِلْعِتْش بِيُطْلُب اِلزُّبون وِيِقول لُه: حَنِحْتاج نِعْمِل واحِد "سوبِر" اِلنَّهاردا لَوْ تِحِبّ
Law il bo'ça maṭalaçitŝ biyutlub iz zubuun wi yi'ulu: haniḥtaag niçmil waaḥid"suuper" innaharḍa law tiḥib.
If the spot does not come out he calls the customer to tell him: we will need to do a "super" today if you like.

دايْماً اِلزُّبون يِوافِق وِهُوَّ مَبْسوط
Dayman il zubuun yiwaafi' wi huwwa mabsuuṭ.

Always the customer agrees happily.

"اِلسّوبِر" عِبارَة عَن رَشّ بِالْبويَة عَلىَ الْهُدوم بِألْوان كِتيرَة
Is "suuper" çibaara çan raŝ bil buuya çala il hudoom bi 'alwaan kitiira.

The "super" consists of the splattering of paint on the cloths with a lot of colors.

كُرْلي وِمَحَلُّه مَشْهورين في الْقَرْيَة بِفُرْشِة الْبويَة وِرَمْيْ اِلْبويَة عَلىَ الْهُدوم
Curly wi maḥallu maŝhuriin fil qarya bi furŝit il buuya wi ramy il buuya çala il hudoom.   
Curly and his store are famous in the village for the paint brush and the throwing of the paint on the cloths.

اِلنَّتيجَة هُدوم شَكْلَها غير أيْ هُدوم في الْبَلَد كُلَّها
In natiiga hudoom ŝaklaha ġiir 'ay hudoom fil balad kullaha. 

The result is cloths that looks not like any cloths in the entire country.
